ATLANTA (Sept. 20, 2023) – Your 3rd Spot, Atlanta’s premier social dining experience, has already been recognized as one of the nation’s top three bars by Bar & Restaurant and nominated as one of the top three craft cocktail destinations by the readers of Atlanta magazine. That status as a nightlife destination is sure to grow as the popular Upper Westside hangout rolled out its updated cocktail menu last week.
“Your 3rd Spot is all about helping our guests make new connections and try new things with our dozens of games paired with our menu of globally inspired, shareable small plates,” says beverage manager Kait Knaak. “And our new cocktail menu builds on that mission in some really fun and exciting ways.”
The new drink menu sports a zodiac theme, with each cocktail assigned to one of the 12 astrological signs. “We’ve noticed Atlantans are often fascinated with astrology, and we want our guests to try something new based on their signs,” Knaak says. “For example, if you’re a Leo, you may want to try our On Cloud 3 martini, which like a Leo is radiantly joyful. We think this will be a fun conversation starter and guide if you need help choosing something new. On top of that, guests can click on their zodiac sign in the app or on the Your 3rd Spot website and get their horoscope for that day—another fun way to get people talking!”
In addition to zodiac-themed cocktails, Your 3rd Spot’s signature large-format cocktails are paired with the elements of Earth, Fire, Water and Air.
Among the new menu’s highlights:
- On Cloud 3 (Leo): A stunning martini made with organic, gluten-free vodka, blueberry lavender syrup, pineapple juice and dry vermouth, served with cotton candy and a butterfly garnish.
- Greenhouse Mule (Scorpio): Organic, gluten-free vodka is paired with elderflower liqueur, fresh lime juice, ginger beer and candied ginger.
- Rolling 3s Mojito (Taurus): Made with white rum, Combier Pasteque watermelon liqueur, lime, simple syrup, soda water and a splash of cranberry, garnished with mint leaves and skewered, cubed dragon fruit “dice”.
- Love Bird Cage (Air): Hibiscus-infused tequila, passion fruit liqueur, lime juice, cranberry juice and soda water are served in beautiful “love bird” glasses that are brought to the guest in a birdcage.
Another standout is the Dr’ink Cocktail (Gemini), which is crafted with rum, mezcal and cinnamon-charcoal agave and served with a Y3S-themed temporary tattoo and a small towel to apply on-the-spot. The drink may inspire more permanent ink for fans of the dynamic Y3S brand and Atlanta’s tattoo parlors with an adventurous offer. The first three guests who get a real Your 3rd Spot tattoo (one that’s pre-approved by the Your 3rd Spot team) will receive a Y3S membership for life.
