LAS VEGAS – Double Helix Wine & Whiskey Lounge at Town Square is doubling the fun by making its mouthwatering brunch experience now available on Saturdays and Sundays, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Curated by Executive Chef Doug Vega, guests can enjoy traditional and unique brunch fare in a casual and comfortable atmosphere, including an inviting outdoor patio great for people-watching. Sweet and savory favorites include:
- Ultimate Brunch Platter: served on a three-foot board, the indulgent dish created for a party of four or more, features classic breakfast items. Guests may choose a choice of Benny (salmon, short rib or caprese), plus fresh fruit, smoked bacon and deep dish pancakes ($12.99 per person, four person minimum)
- Bacon, Egg and Cheddar Burger: certified Angus beef, mustard, Vermont cheddar, lettuce and tomatoes, served with fries ($19.99)
- Deep Dish Pancake: served with whipped cream, mixed berry sauce and maple syrup ($12.99)
- Chorizo and Egg Skillet: featuring home fries, peppers, cheese and sour cream ($15.99)
- Banana Cream Thick French Toast: served with maple syrup and whipped cream ($9.98)
- Lobster Tacos: served with Chipotle sauce, pico d gallo and grated cheese (3 for $14.99)
And because there’s no better marriage than brunch and some bubby, Double Helix also offers bottomless drinks for $24.99 a person. Guests 21 and older can enjoy a bottomless combination of their choice, including mimosas featuring seasonal flavors, such as passion fruit, pineapple and classic OJ, Bloody Mary cocktails, red sangria and rose wine.
Double Helix is open 3:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 3:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Friday, 11 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday.
